Leadmagnetstore Inc. provides lead capture auditing, CRM integration, and digital asset management services for Alberta-based businesses. The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Leadmagnetstore Inc., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Leadmagnetstore Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Service.
Pricing: Service fees are based on your selected subscription plan and are stated at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
Billing: You authorize Leadmagnetstore Inc. to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any other charges incurred. Billing occurs automatically on the renewal date of your subscription.
Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial 14-day period. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Leadmagnetstore Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support at contact@leadmagnetstore.cfd. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and all data associated with your account will be retained according to our data retention policy.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, LEADMAGNETSTORE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF LEADMAGNETSTORE INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
